Greetings!  Thanks for stopping by my information page.

By way of introduction, I am originally from Florida, but lived the longest in Dahlonega, Georgia.  I have primarily lived in small southern communities but have also traveled extensively around the world.  Traveling is one of my hobbies, as well as being outdoors hiking, bicycling, or kayaking with my husband, Merle. 

I am a lifelong Methodist and have actively participated in the many programs and ministries of the church in each stage of my life.  It was in Vacation Bible School at age eight that I invited Jesus to be my Savior and Lord, and I have continued to grow in that relationship through the years. Short-term international mission trips as a young adult helped me develop in areas that eventually led to my answering God’s call to ordained ministry.  I attended seminary at Candler School of Theology at Emory University in Atlanta. It is an honor to serve the church as an ordained elder. One of the greatest joys of my work is seeing others answer God’s call to service and leadership in ways that use their God-given gifts and stretch them to grow beyond what they thought was possible.
