Fall 2021 Classes

Participants in this study will explore the many roles to which God calls men. Leader. Protector. Friend. Lover. And much more. With an upfront, straightforward style, author Stu Weber presents characteristics of tender warriors---including watching out for what lies ahead, learning to speak the language of women, and keeping commitments. This study offers a balanced picture of manhood according to God’s vision.

This 8-session study by author Jennie Allen uses key passages of the Gospel of John to demonstrate how Jesus is enough. We don’t have to prove anything because Jesus has proven everything. Participants are called to find freedom from self-induced pressure by admitting that we are not enough---but Jesus is. We are invited to admit our greatest needs and watch them be filled by the only One who can meet them. We are challenged to make it our goal to know and love Jesus, then watch what he does in and through us.

Throughout this study of the seven miraculous signs of Jesus found in the Gospel of John, author Mark Batterson describes how these are not simply something Jesus did in the past, but also something Jesus wants to do now, in the present. By examining the countless miracles, big and small, that we take for granted every day participants will begin to truly see that the One who walked on water and raised people from the dead is still working miracles today.
